I had a leak in a rental property roof Russ went out to look at it on Tuesday early morning it is now 4:30 on Friday and I cannot get ahold of them to let me know what they found I have made 6 phone calls to their office no one answers and I have left Russ voice mail he will not return my call if this company does not want my work they should just tell me instead of wasting a week of my time with a roof that is still leaking I would have happily paid to have it fixed but that is difficult to do when you can't reach anyone at their company. I had heard good things about them and I'm disappointed to find out they are so disorganized and have such horrible customer service.
