I have dealt with Phil on two occasions, to sort out a problem with leaking pipes, very professional and honest person, not like other cowboys I have come across in my time, extremely knowledgeable in his field, and most importantly he's not trying to fleece you out of your money, he'll charge a very reasonable price for the job.
