Rita Warner review about company Todd Thiele Roofing & Construction

A call was placed to request an estimate for a leak on my mother in laws roof. I mentioned it was somewhat urgent as she is selling her home and needed it fixed as soon as possible and to please call as soon as they could. It is now over a week later and still no return call has been received. I have a hard time understanding how contractors/businesses can continue to do this and not respond to messages. If you are busy and unable to assist then at least return the call to inform customers of that! I am sad that this is felt as acceptable. We found another roofing company who responded SAME day.
