Excellent service from Citywide Roofing and Exteriors! I just had my concrete tile roof and gutters done due to hail damage and we are replacing the windows in the spring. I am a Catastrophic Insurance Adjuster by trade so I’ve seen a lot of roofing contractors in my day and my experience with Citywide has been very positive and professional. My Project Manager (Ryan Brown) did an excellent job working with the insurance adjuster and got everything bought that was damaged. Great customer service throughout the process with many visits to my home. As with any large project, there were a few minor issues that I pointed out and Ryan was quick to get them resolved. I got to know the Citywide team and the owner Jeff took the time to stop by my house to check on things and meet me. I recommended them to others in my neighborhood and they are very happy with their service as well. There are unscrupulous roofing contractors out there, but you can rest assured that Citywide is not one of them and will take care of you and your home. I highly recommend Citywide Roofing and Exteriors for any insurance claim or exterior needs on your home! David
