This firm was recommended to me but I, personally, would not use again on the basis of poor value and poor customer service. They charged me over £3000 for work that did not fix a leak that resulted in damage to my lounge ceiling; they then wanted to charge me another similar amount to return and do more work to fix the leak. Despite several requests, when I called to request a short report for my insurer, the person I had been dealing with refused on the basis that he said I had told a neighbour not to use them. This was not the case, although I did and still do feel, they were very expensive considering the problem wasn't fixed. I do not normally write reviews but felt it only fair to warn others. My advice, always get three quotes in writing and always ask for a damage report BEFORE any work is done. I have since had very good service from Wimborne Roofing.
