Nikki Dangerfield review about company Kimball Roofing & Repairs

Let me start by saying that I didn't actually end up using this company for our repair, so I can't speak to the quality of their work. I scheduled an appointment for them to come fix a section of the roof at our cabin at Strawberry Reservoir. They were able to work with my schedule. However, the day they were supposed to do the repair, my dad unexpectedly passed away. They were very kind and understanding of the situation and didn't charge me for the last minute cancellation. I genuinely appreciated it. Due to my dad's passing, we had many sympathetic friends and family members and they repaired our damaged roof at no charge. If we have issues in the future, I will certainly call Kimball Roofing.
