Lucia Berliner review about company Yoder Roofing

I would like consumers to be aware that when you call/receive an estimate after waiting a month for the appointment this company does not even wait to meet with the owner to accurately assess the project. If you request another estimate-in my case a whole year later waiting a month again-they will tell you they are coming, confirm the day before and then email you instead of calling to say they are NOT coming because an estimate is already on file. Of course don't hold them to that inaccurate estimate because it clearly states validity for 15 days. If this company is too lazy to generate an accurate estimate and too lazy to communicate that they are not keeping their appointment then what does that say about the quality of work. The good news is they were too lazy to come out so I'm lucky enough to not have my roof ruined and my hard earned money wasted!
