These guys gave us a great quote on our church building but unfortunately have been all but unreachable since receiving our signed approval. I have called them 3-5 times per week (in office, and on their cell, always leaving messages) since we stopped hearing from them, only to find out after being told we are a week away from installation, that we are another week out. It's been "one week out" for 4 weeks now. I finally spoke with the owner who didn't apologize and couldn't commit to a date. They finally told me I should probably go with another company, after wasting a month of our time.
