Shannon Miller review about company Architectural Exterior Design

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I would have read these reviews first. I agree with another. The owner, Ryan, is all nice and sweet until you don't agree with him. Then he is condescending and nasty. We had our house wrapped and new siding. They replaced rotted wood. Everything seemed fine. Then the rodents and the water came. We discovered the company had replaced a piece of fascia board on our sunroom. They left a 3 inch gap that was hidden behind the gutter and gutter guard. Hidden to us, not the rodents and water. When we contacted them to come fix it, Ryan the owner, was really nasty. Stating that they replaced it with the same size board that was there before. That board was not wrapped and there were no gutter guards before. We know there wasn't a gap before, it was all visible. Then he tried to tell me that water was probably leaking in because the wood was swollen before but the new wood was not so water could come in. WHAT! Even his employee told us later that his explanation was nuts but we already knew that. And...they never came back to fix it even though I called numerous times. I had to get someone else to fix it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
