Michelle Shires review about company Pulaski Roofers

The most horrible experience, if you read this I hope you stop reading here and MOVE ON to the next roofing option. My family mistakenly engaged with Pulaski Roofers after the storms in Spring 2018. Pulaski made us wait MONTHS, quite literally the work wasn’t done until late November 2018. When they FINALLY came to do the work they called “while on the roof” to say that more of the roof was rotted. Without a quote or pictures or time to negotiate with the insurance company they went ahead and tore up/replaced the roof and charged almost double to fix. When we contacted the insurance company as you can imagine because they didn’t take pictures, didn’t keep any of the wood or notes to provide as evidence the insurance company wasn’t supportive and while we called the insurance company daily to try and recover some of the extra expense Pulaski Roofers bullied and threatened us repeatedly, with full knowledge we were working with the insurance company to get them paid! They are unethical, unprofessional, and downright despicable. We finally paid them last week and they still called today with their lawyer threats and bullying tactics for NO REASON, the check was in their PO Box last week and they never bothered to check it.
