Remy Druker review about company RooFix Services Inc

I had a small soffit repair job. Roofix quoted the project and required a signed contract to start. I was fine with that and they did warn me upfront that it would take 4-6 weeks before they could start (this was end of July). I followed up with them after four weeks, I was told that it would be scheduled the following week and then I never heard back from them. Three months later my soffit is still unrepaired and Roofix abandoned the contract. I get that it is a small job, but if they have no interest in fixing it, they shouldn't provide a quote or request a job authorization signature. Poorly managed business and customer service.
