Marilyn Bullington review about company Blackshears II Aluminum Inc

The installer did not communicate with us at all unless we started the conversation. To his credit when Barry pointed out some problems he did work to correct some of the issues. When he was finished he just left without telling us he was done. There were still some unresolved issues with his work but we thought they would be addressed when the company contacted us to review our satisfaction with the job. That did not happen as our next communication was with the salesperson who notified that we had an "outstanding" balance due. Still no offer to come look at the workmanship in spite of our complaint. We paid the bill and while we love our enclosure we feel that the company just does not care about the consumers satisfaction wit the workmanship involved. Great product, poor workmanship and a company that seems to not care enough to come out and look at the finished job. Very disappointed in the company which means we will most likely not use them again without some further resolution of our problem.
