Steve Searles review about company Tichenor Inc

Very poor customer service. Requested a quote and Mike came and looked at my roof the day before deer hunting season. He said he would try and get the quote done that day before he went deer hunting. Waited two days while it was raining in my house, no return contact. Then the secretary tried to get a hold of him Thursday, could not, no contact. Called Friday and no one answered the phone. More water damage in my wall waiting for a quote that never came. Had to get another good roofing company to do the job and I am still waiting for a quote from Tichenor. They do not care about their customers and must have enough business not to bother with the small residential home owner. I would not recommend these guys.
