Ray Stone review about company Tri-County Enterprises, Inc.

Revised 6/26/19: When I started looking for a new roof I had 3 requirements: Good Product, Good installation, and believe they will be around to help if there are any issues. I did some research on the product up front, and they sell a highly regarded product. The warranty by Tri-County and the manufacturer are very good. This also supported my belief of good installation, with a great warranty to back it up. They assured me I would not need to pay the invoice until I was 100% satisfied and someone would come buy a few days after to check on the roof. That is great! The install went great and took less time than we expected. Mitch was the foreman and was a pleasure to work with. He spent a lot of time tending to details after the roof was done and the crew had left. Cleanup was superb, we found a couple of things the missed and only one nail. At the end of the job, I sent the president an email thanking them for the great work and complementing Mitch and his crew. I just heard back from my insurance company and they let me know I was getting a refund on my insurance policy based on this new roof. I roughly estimate my homeowners insurance has decreased by ~20%.
