Andy Kevitch review about company Ingram William T

Made a repair on my roof that didn’t last 8 months. I’ve made several attempts to contact Ingram Roofing but never received any response. I’m a contractor and can’t understand how in the world you can’t get a return call when there is a service issue. A contracting business will have no chance of survival when you don’t take care of existing customers. Oh, and his failed repair cost me about $300 more than the company that will repair it properly this time.
