Rudy Rivera review about company Sierra Roofing & Construction

This company provides poor service and is not reliable, look elsewhere. We contacted them for a simple job of replacing three broken roof tiles and they never showed up after the first visit to remove two of the broken tiles. We contacted them about 10 days after the visit to check on the status and were told that the tiles had not been received. I called again after three weeks and got a response indicative of them not caring about our job or they had simply forgotten about it (the guy literally said “oh yeah..). Nevertheless, he set up an appointment for the following Wednesday but failed to show up. We called two times and it went to voicemail.. look elsewhere.
