Levi Strauss review about company Howie's Saw Inc.

W agreed on a price then when I got my invoice he price was much higher, trying to talk to Howie was like talking to a brick wall and instead of explaining to me why it was higher he insulted me by calling me poor and that I can't afford his stuff, also there was supposed to be 500 items and he only delivered 400 when I also tried explaining he short changed me he would just get all defensive and put word in my mouth.
