Xabien Mettzer review about company Bill West Roofing

My wife called and spoke with them about roof repairs and everyone was so nice and helpful so we scheduled a time to meet for estimates. After meeting face-to-face with my African American wife the company continued to give my wife the runaround for two months. I called back recently and explain the situation in detail assuming this was a misunderstanding and was told to wait for a phone call. I received a phone call from Bill West himself later that morning, but once he recognize he had dailed the wrong number he stated he would call me back as soon as possible and reviewing all information. I never received a call. Make your own conclusions about this man and his company!
