I was selling my home and my realtor’s contractor gave me a 10,000 estimate saying i needed a new roof. I knew that wasn’t right and seeked a second opinion. Harper and sons roofing stated i only needed a step flash and that i DIDNT need a new roof. THANK YOU for being honest, as being female, contractors usually try to cheat me.
