His company replaced my roof in May of 2009 & was totally satisfied. Now it is 2017.From the start Matt was very Rude in the manner he talked with me.He was dictating how the conversation would go and his approach was harsh, condescending, and treating in return by saying "Do you know who you're dealing with"...: This all after I have spent DAYS trying to Deal with this 1: Old roof was removed, Ice & Water Shield and felt was installed on the house roof. ( Only Flats, VALLEYS WERE NOT DONE I have pics. ) 2: No new Drip Edge Because THEY felt mine was new enough. My price went from about $16,500.00 to $20,000.00. I have picture's of things he says he did but never did. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP & CUSTOMER SERVICE! He made it very clear to me in one of our conversation by saying that my business was not important to him and He had other clients that were more important than me.
