Tina Farley review about company Ronald West Roofing LLC | Residential & Commercial Roofing Services

My experience has been somewhat similar to the review left by Chun-Chin Fang. Our roof was completed last spring in a timely manner and I thought everything was squared away until I heard from the contractor six months LATER! He texted me on a Saturday night asking for the depreciation and supplement funds I was supposed to receive from my insurance company. I followed up with my insurance company, because I had not received anything since the completion and found out that they never submitted the final invoice and photos of completion. This was concerning to me so I did some more research and found out that they never scheduled or completed the final walk through with the city. I have received extremely unprofessional text messages from the contractor who was in charge of our job. I called the office and expressed concern and they told me to reach out to the co owner, AJ. When I initially called AJ in December to address my concerns I remember him answering and I asked if he was with Ron West Roofing his response was no, before hanging up I said so this is not Anthony Ciotto with Ron West Roofing and than all of a sudden it was him. He did a great job reassuring me he would get this all wrapped up, taken care of, and was very apologetic for the contractor representing their company that way. He picks up the paperwork to reopen the permit and I never hear from him. Weeks go by. After a month I follow up and he tells me it should be handled by the end of the week, but I look into it and the permit has not even been reopened at that point. I call him out on that and his response is. I honestly just forgot. I got the city to try and help. When the city got involved and called AJ, he told them he wasn't aware of the situation. Do you see the trend here? The word dishonest comes to mind. I have spent countless days and hours trying to get this finalized and resolved, only to be "pacified" with broken promises stating they would stay in contact and get everything finalized. I have been more accommodating to a company who should be the one putting in countless hours to get this resolved for ME...the customer!! My patience is up. I am now having to spend extra money AND extra time seeking legal council in order to get what should have been a simple task completed. I would definitely not recommend using this company unless you have time and money to waste and want to support a company who does not value their customers. They also have other open permits on roofs that were completed in our neighborhood around the same time ours was. I don't know how a company can continue to take on more work when they don't seem to have the time to complete the work they have already taken on.
