Nick James review about company Peet Roofing & Remodeling

Had these folks put on a roof for me about 10 years ago. Did a good job...so good I referred them to two other neighbors who also had them replace their roofs. I currently need a Wind Mitigation inspection for a time sensitive insurance transfer. I called last Thursday to get pricing and schedule it. The lady said she'd have someone call me back. It's Tuesday morning and no call. I called to inquire and the lady told me that I was in a queue for a phone call and they would call me when they got to my name....that they were so busy a two minute phone call was too much for one of their managers to call in 6 days time and I would still have to wait. While they may have been professional back then, fallen WAY off. Be prepared for ridiculous excuses when you are also left waiting.
