Excellent experience with Rick Longoria. Rick came out to my home and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He video recorded the roof, took pictures and then came down to explain everything to me. My home is only four years old and he said my roof had many issues as a result of poor installation. I called the original roofer and told him what Rick found. They asked for pictures and a report. Rick was so helpful and provided me with several pictures and a full report. With this Information the original roofer made all the repairs free of charge. You don’t get that kind of customer service from many people. Thanks to Rick I saved several hundred dollars. I will remember this and not only will I recommend Trinity roofing to anyone looking for a roofer but I will call on Rick the next time I need roof work performed.
