Dawna Butcher review about company Legacy Exteriors LLC

It's been an ongoing issue since the hail storm last June. They said they'd take care of everything but made many assumptions that I've had storm claims before. My roof was replaced the only week I asked them not to do it because of our wedding, but caved because of their over scheduling issues. I didn't hear from them again for months so called about our broken window. Apparently that was our responsibly but they offered to replace it. Some obnoxious guys showed up, ripped out the trim, left and didn't return. Months later they called, by that time I had called someone else. After a few phone calls where they blamed me for things, I have given up and have learned my lesson the hard way about dealing/trusting contractors. I am rather disappointed since they came highly recommended by a co-worker.
