janice smith review about company Ocean Roofing of Florida LLC

This company will take your money and then when you realize they didn't finish what they were supposed to do, they will not come back. Joe says he will be back, but never shows up. I was told he would give me a wind mitigation report, but didn't take the pictures for the insurance co. When the insurance called him, he said he forgot, but he will "do it tomorrow". Never shows up and doesn't do anything. They left tar on my house and damaged wood and would not come back to take care of the problem. They replaced the flat roof over my front porch, but now I have a leak because they didn't do it properly. The city of Orlando inspector looked at it and signed off on the permit originally. I called the city and complained about the inspection and asked why the inspector would sign off on it when it wasn't right. They called Joe and he said he would come fix it, but I don't believe him because he doesn't tell the truth. And the work is so sloppy I wouldn't trust him to come back and do it right. I can't even trust the inspection dept. to protect me against contractors like this. When you first Joe, you will think he is professional. Don't let him fool you. The only thing he cares about it is getting his money and leaving you with problems.
