James Valenti-Jordan review about company Cortlandt Roofing

While Todd may do good work, they do NOT honor their warranty. I just bought a house in May, and they have refused to return my calls until this week, after I filed a complaint with the BBB. They told me that they have since booked up their "season", so they can get to repairing the failed flashings until next year. Oh, and if they do it, they are going to charge me for it, even though flashings are integral to the roofing system they installed (modified bitumen), and they installed them. The unexpired warranty was written as work done, not issued to a person, so its not like there is an actual escape clause. I am continuing with the BBB, but I believe that legal action is the only way that I am going to get them to honor their warranty. I will update as the situation progresses.
