My place of business wanted to remodel our bathroom for the office. We called and set up an appointment for Tom to come out and do an estimate. The day comes - he never shows up. I call the next day and they said they would call me back as soon as they can. I waited 1 week and never heard back so I called again and they told me the same thing. Terrible representation.
