Had this company turn on my cooler, they did exactly this without checking to see if maintenance is needed, like needing a water pump....as soon after they left, the cooler started leaking water like a river...stupid me for signing something in the young man's phone without seeing the document....nice gentleman but bad customer service...i felt like i just gave my money away....i will never ever call this company for service again.
