David was an outstanding sales rep. He took the time to explain anything we needed and never seemed to be in a rush. We loved all the visual aids that helped us better understand the difference in window types. It was an interesting educational experience. Even when we were signing on he wanted to be sure the deposit wasn't going to pose a hardship on us. Later, when we had to withdraw from the agreement for personal reasons, he continued to be kind and made it very easy for us to do so.
