From the sales process, to installation, Tri State Window Factory was 100% courteous and professional . Our installer Carlos was amazing! He took the time necessary to make sure all 18 new windows were completed perfectly. We also had 2 new storm doors installed and although one was the wrong size, they corrected the order and had it installed within the week. With an old brick house, I expected a ton of issues but there were none! I highly recommend them. Process was easy, I wasted time worrying for no reason. Thank You Carlos and Tri State Window Factory, for a job well done.
