The sales representative was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He explained all the details, informed us of what to expect and made sure we were happy with the results of our new roof. The installation crew was well above average by making sure all our property was protected, plants were covered and that there was little impact to our daily activities. The complete job (arrival, setup, removal of old materials, installation of new roof and cleanup) was done in five hours. All the paperwork and coordination with the insurance company was handled with no issues or errors. A very easy process resulting in very satisfied customers.
