JN review about company Rainer's Roofing
Extremely frustrating to deal with as a customer. As a resident in south Barrie, I was looking to get an assessment done on the condition of our roof shingles. I reached out to Rainer's on three occasions - twice to follow-up after the original phone call, as no estimator showed up within the time-frame that was communicated. While I can't speak to the workmanship of Rainer's Roofing (since my experience with them never made it to that point), I would recommend that other options be considered based solely on the customer service experience.
