No returns. No warning. Be sure you know exactly what is needed. I made an incorrect assumption on shutter sizes and it cost me $130. Who doesn't take returns these days? I then needed a window replacment. The OEM said I needed to work through Allied. Reluctantly I gave the size of the window to the associate. with what I belived was the order/warranty number. I never received confirmation what was being ordered. When the window came in I could tell it was too large. The associate said I could bring it back if it was not the right size. After confirming it was too large I attempted to bring it back. The same associate said I could not return it! This was there error not mine. They should have confirmed the size before ordering. Just wanted to share my experience. Would rather shop at someplace with a return policy. Not impressed.
