Starting a 100k+ renovation on our home and we went here to purchase 1800 sq ft of $5 a sq tile, but when we asked the lady for assistance with our purchase she didn’t care to help us. We were the only customers in the store, so her being busy was not the case. Not my first bad experience here, but last time it was with a different employee about 2 yrs ago. Tried giving them a second chance and only wasted our time. I would HIGHLY recommend buying elsewhere. This many issues with trying to place an order, I can only imagine how bad hiring them to perform the install would be.
