Mike Pettyjohn review about company Paramount Roofing
Paramount completed my new roof in Jun 2016. on 12/31/16 I reported a leak that was allowing water to drip onto my fireplace firebox. Paramount would not even consider the possibility that something they had done or not done was the root cause. Over six months later, water testing by another company proved that the leak was indeed due to a roofing error. Paramount sent three guys to my home, and they proceeded to use roofing sealant to attempt to remedy the issue. Then Harvey came and we found out that the repair had not actually corrected the fireplace leak and we had several other leaks that damaged our ceilings in our home. Paramount came back again, and made additional repairs, and so far so good, but we have not had significant rain to test the repair. A new roof should not leak. I was particularly disappointed in one of the owners of Paramount roofing (Richard Keathley). Richard spent more time making excuses and deflecting the blame to others than he did actually addressing the issues. I would advise anyone looking to get a new residential roof to think twice before hiring Paramount Roofing.
