Elaina Estrada review about company Triple E Roofing

Very untidy and prolonged in their month long task to replace our roof. The office was not always aware of the work status because we were asked for full payment two weeks into the project even though it took an additional two weeks to complete the job. Final product was not done correctly and when we asked for them to fix issues, we never received follow up. After big storm, we had two leaks and severe damage in our less than a year old roof. When we asked Triple E to come take a look at damages, including those from before the storm, once again, we received no follow up. When we went to office to inquire, the customer service was terrible.
