Jeremy W review about company Whitecap Roofing & Exteriors

We would like to say that there is NO WAY that my family would ever hope that anyone would use Lee or his crew at Whilecap roofing in Cranbrook. My mother hired lee to replace her tin roof outside creston. Not only did they charge close to 40,000 to do the job, they lied about experience. The crew would only show up for 1-4 hours a day, it took 6 months for them to "complete" their work and it is sub par at best. There are gaps in tin. Flashing falling off edges. Ruined siding. Water also leaked inside the house wrecking the drywall. My mother has called lee and he has lied to her face promising to fix it. He even said he came and left a note on the door. When she questioned him he sent a picture of the wrong house. This guy is a shady contractor he wont even make right on his own screw ups. Fix your screw ups lee.
