Sandy Lynn review about company Oltman Roofing

I'm absolutely frustrated with my experience with Oltman. A new roof was placed in September 2018 on our "new" 15 year old home. Chad came and assessed the roof and sent me a quote within 2 days. So far, so good. We purchased the 30 year roofing product. Oltman came a week later to remove the existing shingles, replaced some plywood, new pipe flashing, new ridge vent, installed new felt and ice/water shield (?). All in one day. The site was very clean when they finished. I was impressed with the job. However, after the first major rainstorm, water seeped into our master bedroom through the ceiling. The drywall beside the corner window and the area on top the window were pocketing water, floor boards were wet and seams were separating. I informed Oltman about the problem. Chad came a few days later and sealed cracks around our windows (which was nice but unrelated to the roof) but didn't do what I feel was a thorough check of the attic/roof. Next rainstorm, it happens again. Another guy comes to check the problem and swears its the flashing. Supposedly fixed. Third time, same guy comes again. Actually gets on the roof this time and sees that there’s a gap on the surface of the roof leading up to the dormer. Problem solved and no more leaking… on that side. Leaking continues on top of 2nd master bedroom window. I’ve called several times but I guess they’re just done with me. Be warned. They do pretty good work but if there’s a mistake, they will not be around to assume responsibility. It’s June and I’m going to have to go through another roofer and water restoration company and pray there’s no mold.
