From start to finish, everything went well. Your sales rep Josh was friendly and courteous and not at all pushy despite, for some reason, taking five hours to get where I wanted to be. In the end we had an agreement and after a few phone calls from your offices, we had a date for installation. The installation guys themselves, Lee & Ben, were also friendly and courteous and went about their work quite systematically and with a great deal of care and attention. One felt confident that they would make a good job of the installation – and they did! They even installed a new cat-flap that had become damaged in the removal of the old back door. I was more than pleased…so was the cat!!! I would have no trouble in recommending First Home Improvements to anyone wanting replacement windows and doors in the future…!!!
