After having them come to my house and request an estimate I had to call numerous times to get my estimate which I never received by the dates he gave me. He continued to delay this process for me and has been completely unprofessional even to the point of when I call to ask for my estimate he hangs up and says reception is bad. I never received a call back until my husband called and he finally called me back to tell me his computer was stolen and they cannot do any estimates and I can go with someone else if I can’t wait. This contractor doesn’t consider your time or understand how stressful things can be when you’ve had a flood and need a quality person to help you! Do not trust him or his company I will now have to start this process over and he could care less. I can’t believe he’s still running a business like this.
