Jenn Hofmann review about company Install America

THE ABSOLUTE WORST , I ordered new windows in May 2018 it is now November and I am still waiting on one window. I had my first initial consult appt. set up right after i bought my house. The person never showed up, when I called to see what was going on the women on the phone told me that she was very sorry about the confusion !? and she could have someone to me within the hour. The guy did finally show up. I ordered the windows that day. Another person came out to measure a few weeks later and that person is the only one who ever showed up on time and was professional. The day of the install appt. they called me and told one of the windows was broken, did i still want them to come out and install the rest and come back at a later time for the last window. The two guys that showed up to install my window were if nothing else very questionable. They showed up at my door wearing wife beaters. No company shirt, hell no shirt at all. The caulking around the windows look like a two year old did it. One window does not close and has a gap on one side and all of the cold air is coming in. Today I had my THIRD install appt. for the last window. 1st appt. got re-scheduled because they had no installers available, the only reason I found out about this the day before is because i called them to confirm the appt. I dont think they had any plans on calling me at all. The second time same thing I called them to find out the installer didnt have a truck to use. Here is a idea DONT SELL PEOPLE WINDOWS YOU CANT INSTALL. Today is NOV 24th and today takes the cake NOBODY showed up nobody called. NOTHING !!!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST. AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT THEM TO FIX THE WINDOW THAT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I AM GETTING THE REST OF MY WINDOWS DONE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. If you try to call them forget it nobody EVER answers the phone. YOU CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR 50 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT THIS "COMPANY" I DONT THING ANYBODY REALLY WORKS IN ANY OF THESE DEPARTMENTS.
