Amy Doud review about company Heath Electric Co

This company was scheduled through my home warranty company, to service my heatpump today. I called 30 min prior to their ETA...for the man to tell me they had 2 elderly hot water heater emergencies...but they'd not bothered to let us know anything or to try and reschedule.... My husband took the day off for this service call...they took his number and claimed they'd call if they could get to us today or maybe tomorrow after 1 or manybe not till Saturday....BAD BAD BAD business...don't tell me you're going to do something and then NOT do it.....and guess what....they never called ! I wouldn't recommend them for squat!
