I had them do siding as well as replace some posts on my front porch. The siding went well, but they put the posts in upside down. They said they would correct this. I made the mistake of paying them for the project before they did this. It has now been almost a year, and they have not returned to correct the problem, even after innumerable calls. Their communications are terrible. They do not answer their emails. After they finished my siding, they took 3 months to remove their waste from my driveway. They only removed it after I told them my elderly mother had tripped over it and I threatened a lawsuit.
