Very disappointing. I booked in a boiler service at the end of last year, and despite mentioning the boiler model when booking I was sent a gas engineer who did not know the system at all and therefore could not even diagnose the ongoing pressure fault we have. And the price was a little more than competitors I might add. I then called back a few weeks later and managed to book in an engineer free of charge for early 2017. He knew the boiler model and diagnosed a faulty valve. So I thought all was fine and was ready to receive the quote and book the work in. HOWEVER, no correspondence followed after a few weeks. And not only that. I rang many times and sent multiple emails and was constantly told that someone would get back. NOTHING. What an incredibly frustrating company to deal with. I rarely leave critical reviews but this is too much.
