These jokers are the worst. They came knocking on my door, and the salesman was kind and sincere. He was able to get me to schedule an estimate for gutters and trim. That's when it all went down hill. On the day of the estimate, the guy giving the estimate was 40 minutes late, with no explanation. He walked around my house for 10 min, wrote a number on a business card and promptly left without explaining any options (or better yet, what the gutters were). We ultimately went with a different company for gutters. Fast forward a YEAR later. I am still receiving calls. I answer the same time and tell them that I am no longer in search of gutters and not interested in any services, due to my experience. This happens monthly. Today (July 8 2019) finally put me over the edge. After explaining that I already had gutters installed and was not interested, the operator got very aggressive. Kept trying to get me to schedule an appointment for trim, to which I said I am not interested. It ended up with him, almost yelling at me to, no matter whether or not I was interested, to schedule the appointment for an estimate. 0 for customer service. 0 for customer care. There are numerous better companies out there who are worth your money. If they get your number, you will hear from them no matter what you do. When they come to the door, best not even answer.
