Melanie Hollabaugh review about company PRO BUILDERS USA LLC

I contacted Pro Builders USA, an Irving based company, due to a three positive reviews on NextDoor and Google. I completed an on-line service request form on the Pro Builders web site. Their web site said the the company handles roofing, siding, fences, and foundation work. My elderly mother's house needed repair work to some siding as well as flashing work around the chimney. Some foundation work might have also been needed due to the fact that the chimney has slightly separated from the house. After about three weeks I did not hear anything from Pro Builders USA. I decided to call the company and I was told by a man named Dave that their web site was undergoing some work. I gave Dave my mother's address and he told me that he would look at the house that very afternoon or next day and get me a written repair estimate within the next week. It has now been two weeks and I have not heard a word from Pro Builders USA. We have had three heavy rains since I first contacted this company. Do NOT call Pro Builders USA for any reason unless you want to completely ignored and have your time wasted.
