Ryan Kaskey review about company ArmorGuard Roofing and Construction

ArmourGuard Roofing lack of communication and commitment was disappointing. Company did a roof back in 2012. Warranty had past. Call them this past winter and they fixed the flasher that was leaking at no charge from their original work. Late August the leak was happening again. Called them 3 times and no one returned call. Drove to their business in Hartville and finally Mike called me back. Was willing to look and fix the problem on a Saturday (two days after we spoke) and called him back willing to meet him to pay him on spot with our property. No call back and no one showed up to fix roof. Finally went with another roofing company and being handled. Very sad that the lack of communication with ArmourGuard. Very disappointed and will never work with them again. Good luck getting them to call you back. Apparently the company does not stand behind their work. Plus I was willing to pay them to fix it correctly!
