Highwood installed the roof on our home with a 30 year warranty. Only, when it came time for them to honor that warranty, six months worth of phone calls went unreturned. Only once we left a voicemail message about a new roofing job did we miraculously hear from them. And just like that, once the woman on the phone learned this was a warranty repair and not a lucrative new roofing gig, she told us that someone else who "handled repairs" would get back to us in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. We're done waiting. You should be too. DO NOT HIRE.
