I was very satisfied with the power washing work Dan and Cass did on our house, sidewalk, and deck. Everything went smoothly until Dan's pump broke. He took it in to be repaired, then came back to finish the job on the deck. The pump still didn't work properly, so back to the repair shop it went. Third time was the charm and the job was completed. Dan refused the check we wrote out for the amount we previously agreed on for the job. At his request, we wrote out another check to him for $100.00 less. He said that was because of all the inconvenience the broken pump had caused us. How many businesses do that? Yes, I recommend Quick on the Trigger.
