Josh Holdsambeck review about company CR Western Roofing

Barry Cellan is one of the most shady humans I have ever met. He is a lier and a cheat!! I hired him to install a new roof on a very small section of the house and him and his crew did THE WORST job I could of imagine! Not only did he do numerous code violations, he didn’t even cover the whole roof. There were a few areas where he didn’t put roofing materials on so there are actual bare spots of nothing on my roof. So when I called him to come look at / fix the problems he was no where to be found. Only when I got the city involved did he send some workers to throw abunch of tar around that didn’t fix anything. They didn’t even put tar on the actual bare spots. Barry Cellan is a horrible person I would recommend never doing business with him.
